Job Opportunity

CSIRO is seeking an experienced senior leader to oversee the strategic planning and operational delivery of its property and infrastructure services. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position holds national accountability for functional excellence, sustainability outcomes, customer-focused delivery, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies for managing CSIRO's diverse property portfolio, including over 800 buildings across 48 Australian sites.
  • Driving environmental sustainability outcomes through carbon and resource management programs.
  • Leading a geographically dispersed team in delivering high-impact capital projects and essential business support services.
  • Collaborating closely with senior leaders and external stakeholders to inform infrastructure planning and investment decisions.
