Job Overview

About the Role

In this key position, you will support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team. You will work closely with your manager to build a culture of development, inspire and engage the team, create future leaders, and drive business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational excellence;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members;
  • Identify opportunities for growth and implement solutions to improve customer experience and store results;
  • Embed customer excellence throughout the store;
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability;
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in retail or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to lead and motivate a team to achieve results;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Familiarity with retail systems and processes;
