- Work collaboratively with the Home Care team to ensure high-quality care and support services are delivered to clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Certificate III in Home or Aged Care (advantageous but not essential).
- Passion for helping people in the community, with strong relationship building, time management, and budget management skills.
- Previous case management experience and relevant qualifications.
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A safe and sensible approach with a practical understanding of people's physical limitations.
- The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients' individual needs.
