Founded in Forbes, NSW in 1915, we now operate over 60 branches with a team of more than 100 specialized advisors in agronomy and animal health, strategically positioned across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania under various locally recognized brands.
Our esteemed brands encompass AGnVET Services, IK Caldwell, AGnVET Agribusiness, and the dedicated water and irrigation division, Darling Irrigation.
In the capacity of a leader within an AGnVET retail team, you will possess substantial experience and expertise in agricultural products and services.
Your role will involve overseeing all facets of branch operations, achieving financial objectives, and fostering outstanding customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and leading a high-performing team.
- Exhibiting commercial acumen with a proven track record of identifying growth opportunities.
