Asia Regional Delivery Lead

Job Description:

The Asia Regional Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in driving key initiatives regionally and scaling outbound globally. This role requires partnering closely with the AI Business Solutions Core team across Global Customer Success (GCS) and in partnership with global field leaders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the AI Business solutions portfolio and its impact on customer priorities and objectives.
  • Identify key drivers to enhance outcomes and align with internal teams for rapid adoption and deployment.
  • Synthesize findings to determine best practices and adjustments needed.
  • Work directly with other teams to develop options for scaling quickly into new areas while considering local conditions.
  • Communicate strategy and insights to senior business leaders using simple and consistent frameworks.
  • Drive influence for broader execution at scale by leveraging executive presence.
  • Command the overall AI Business Solutions Portfolio with an emphasis on AI Workforce.
  • Understand key levers for growth, prioritize efforts leading to fastest customer adoption and value.
  • Be the subject matter expert on regional performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, economics, and/or partner organization experience.
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 2+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience.
  • OR equivalent experience (e.g., scaling a business, management consulting).
  • Previously have experience as a Business Architect, Product Marketing or Customer facing role.
