Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Development: Guide and support the Customer Support, Field Service, and Field Delivery teams. This includes establishing performance objectives, executing strategies outlined by senior leadership, and fostering a collaborative work culture.
  • Process Optimization: Design and implement strategies to provide exceptional customer service. This encompasses developing processes for field support and service in new regions, including international markets. The Operations Manager will consistently assess and refine existing procedures to boost efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the financial performance of the Customer Support, Field Service, and Field Delivery Departments. This involves budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure operations are profitable and aligned with the organization's financial objectives.
  • Risk Assessment and Resolution: Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively. Collaborate with senior management to resolve operational challenges and implement improvements for overall performance.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years in an operations management capacity.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of guiding teams to achieve objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and addressing operational challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all organizational levels.
