Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Risk Management Specialist to join our Merchant Risk team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team in assessing and managing merchant risks. You will be responsible for reviewing merchant applications, identifying potential risks, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with our Accreditations Guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will also possess a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and review merchant applications to identify potential risks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with our Accreditations Guidelines
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve our risk management processes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, business)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- A competitive salary of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience
