Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Your role will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty platforms. You'll bring a customer-centric mindset, creative flair, and sharp attention to detail to deliver personalized communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute omni-channel campaigns from content creation through to execution in Hubspot, including post-campaign analysis.
  • Develop customer journeys, campaign workflows, audience targeting, and content personalization within Hubspot and other platforms across email, SMS, push, and loyalty channels.
  • Design and brief content for direct marketing activations, including hands-on copywriting and campaign asset build-out.
  • Activate and manage point-based offers within the loyalty platform, ensuring seamless integration with other member benefits.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements for future lifecycle marketing efforts.
  • Drive the operations of our direct marketing program, continuously refining and pivoting based on performance insights and opportunities in collaboration with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
