Commercial Property Manager Opportunity

This role entails overseeing a portfolio of approximately 100 tenancies. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing commercial properties, including retail shops, office blocks, childcare centres, and petrol stations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective trade and supplier relationships
  • Coordinate fit outs and ensure make good obligations are met
  • Prepare and manage annual expenditure budgets to optimise financial performance
  • Oversee insurances and compliance to mitigate risks
  • Address property maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
  • Conduct regular property inspections to monitor condition and address any concerns
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing a commercial portfolio with a proven track record of success
  • A valid NSW driver's licence and reliable vehicle for business use
  • A real estate licence or Certificate of Registration is essential
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and financial acumen
  • A friendly and approachable manner with excellent problem-solving skills
  • The ability to confidently interpret commercial leases
  • A team player who can also work independently when required
