Job Role:
We're looking for an experienced scheduling professional who can manage care worker schedules to meet client needs. You'll be responsible for addressing scheduling conflicts or issues in a timely and professional manner, actioning and documenting phone calls and communications relating to career scheduling, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our scheduling process to enhance service delivery.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in scheduling/rostering within the Age Care industry
* Intermediate computer literacy in using a variety of Microsoft Office programs and online systems
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing or urgent tasks
