Residential Concierge Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Residential Concierge at our newest development in Western Australia.

The successful candidate will have 37 years of experience in delivering exceptional service and have the ability to contribute to shaping the team, providing impeccable presentation and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate resident moves in and out of the building

- Manage the concierge directory and build connections with local services

- Administer the building management program

- Monitor CCTV and alert relevant parties to any potential activity

- Collaborate with delivery teams for seamless service

- Train and mentor the team

- Address tenant inquiries and building issues

- Greet residents and visitors warmly

- Guide residents to services within the precinct and surrounding areas
