Drive Sales Growth with Exceptional Client Service

We are seeking a driven and client-focused professional to represent some of the world's most iconic brands in a refined, luxury environment.

As a key member of our team, you will deliver personalised service, drive boutique sales performance, and foster enduring relationships with both new and existing clients.

You will also play an important role in upholding the presentation and operational excellence of the boutique, ensuring every client's experience reflects the very best of the brand.

  • Deliver consistently exceptional client experiences that reflect high-end standards.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, cultivating new business opportunities while deepening loyalty with existing clients.
  • Support management in achieving sales targets and contributing to a high-performance team culture.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently share brand stories and expertise with clients.
  • Ensure the boutique's presentation, merchandising, and stock management are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Assist with operations, including POS transactions, cash handling, and daily opening/closing procedures.
