About the Role

This role is part of our Australian Marketing team responsible for growing our business by building our brand, acquiring new clients, and engaging and retaining them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning:
    • Participate in quarterly and annual planning processes, including budget allocation proposals.
    • Analyse research to identify actionable insights, growth opportunities, and campaign activity ideas.
    • Perform comprehensive competitor analysis to identify market gaps.
    • Maintain a quarterly and annual view of all campaigns and messages in the market.
  • Campaign Delivery:
    • Brief writing for creative, media, PR, and reporting requirements to internal and external agencies and teams.
    • Develop detailed timelines and traffic creative development through the IG Agency and external media partners.
    • Review and perform quality control on all assets to ensure compliance with the IG brand, protocols, and tone of voice.
    • Provide constructive feedback to agencies on work provided.
    • Manage compliance and stakeholder sign-off on all assets going to market.
    • Monitor and optimize campaign performance with internal paid media specialists.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation:
    • Support the delivery of initiatives to increase client conversion from app start to trading.
    • Work with the London and Bangalore-based CRO team to identify opportunities across UX and CX.
