Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dining Team Associate to join our team. As a key member of our dining operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Operate a point-of-sale system to accurately process transactions and maintain a high level of cash handling proficiency
  • Maintain proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperature of products
  • Assist with kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning
  • Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain a solid knowledge of available products and services
  • Follow required brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies and procedures

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Prior cash handling and customer service experience is preferred but not necessary
