Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties located in various areas. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our Property & Asset Management business line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies for the assigned portfolio
  • Ensure efficient maintenance and operation of all building systems, mechanical equipment, and associated infrastructure
  • Proactively monitor and maintain building compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
  • Coordinate and oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activities
  • Manage contractor relationships and performance to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and compliance issues
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for facilities management activities
  • Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure seamless integration of facilities and property management functions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Facilities Manager, preferably in a commercial property environment
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial management
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards in property management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using relevant computer software and systems
