Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of facilities maintenance services across our stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, facilities management professionals, and external service providers to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop a diverse team of technicians, facilities management professionals, and operational team leaders.
- Manage end-to-end financial accountability for facilities and maintenance services in designated stores.
- Develop and implement facilities and maintenance strategies to drive proactive, responsive, and efficient services.
- Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and evaluating safe work practices and improving safety.
- Conduct routine health checks to ensure compliance, safety, and operational expectations are met.
- Support the store setup and in-store delivery of the Proactive Services program.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably with commercial or supermarket experience.
- Strong leadership experience across diverse teams in multi-site locations.
- Previous stakeholder management experience and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Experience or knowledge of essential services, refrigeration, air conditioning, or electrical systems (highly regarded).
