At Right at Home, we're seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide exceptional care for our clients in their own homes. This rewarding role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and helping them maintain their independence.

About the Role
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support clients with meal preparation and grocery shopping.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to combat loneliness.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and social events.
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided using our digital platform.

To succeed as a Personal Care Assistant, you'll need:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in community care or home assistance.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent).
  • Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • NDIS Screening check.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
