Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned corporate mergers and acquisitions expert to join our team. As a Corporate M&A Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in navigating complex transactions, advising on strategic partnerships, and driving growth through innovative deal-making.
Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate law, with expertise in public and private M&A deals, takeovers, joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements. They will be able to draft and negotiate key transaction documents, provide sage advice on legal risk, and manage external client relationships with poise and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client service and ensure timely project completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to drive business growth and development.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed within the organization.
- Admitted lawyer in Australia or New Zealand.
- 3–5 years of experience in a leading corporate M&A practice or equivalent.
- Excellent academic record and high attention to detail.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to contribute to a leading and supportive team.
- Ability to work to tight timeframes both collaboratively and autonomously.
- Curiosity about clients and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
