Technical Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Representative to join our team. As a Technical Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to customers across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair complex instrumentation
- Perform preventative services to improve instrument reliability
- Work closely with Regional Service Managers to ensure effective first-time fix rates
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Equivalent of 3 years industry experience in service, technical support or plant maintenance, preferably within the pathology diagnostics industry
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated

Other Information:
- Travel required - 30% overnight travel within territory or locations across VIC, TAS, SA, WA and NT
