Senior Manager Freight Strategy and Planning Responsibilities:The Senior Manager Freight Strategy and Planning will oversee and coordinate all regulatory and pricing accountabilities for Transport Asset Management (TAM).
- Manage and coordinate TAM's economic regulatory and pricing responsibilities.
- Oversee the management of, and performance, rail access administration and contract management consistent with the requirements of the NSW Rail Access Undertaking and individual rail operator access agreements.
- Lead annual compliance reporting to IPART, coordinating data gathering, drafting, preparing and obtaining approval of submissions.
- Establish and perform assurance, audit and compliance for the delivery of non-price access products and services by TAM Agents.
This role requires senior economic commercial experience in a regulated asset delivery environment, as well as expert knowledge of regulatory frameworks in large and complex commercial organisations.
