About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Coordinator to join our Corporate Communications, Events & Franchise Marketing team at REA Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in creating and delivering engaging communications to our broker network, internal teams, and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans to support business objectives
  • Manage the Broker Engagement Calendar, ensuring timely and effective delivery of communications and activities
  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of broker communications initiatives, including content creation and editing
  • Provide communications support to other areas of the team, including Marketing, Events, and Corporate Communications
  • Write and edit high-quality content, delivered to deadline
  • Analyse the performance of content and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Run professional webinars via Zoom for the broker network and internal teams
  • Update and maintain online resources, including the Help Centre and The Garage
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a communications, media, or PR role
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for eDM delivery
  • Tertiary qualification in Communications or a related discipline
  • Exceptional copywriting skills and experience across a range of editorial materials and channels
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at varying levels of the organisation
  • Solid tech skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, Zoom, and CRM experience
  • Can-do attitude and positive approach
