With a strong global presence and a commitment to improving patient outcomes, they set new standards in clinical practice.About the OpportunityIn this high-impact role, you'll be a strategic partner working cross-functionally with Medical Communications, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to develop and execute global medical strategies.
Reporting to the Director of Medical Affairs, you'll drive clinical adoption, enhance scientific exchange, and lead KOL engagement globally.DutiesSupport the development and execution of the global medical affairs functional planDrive medical education initiatives and scientific communications across key marketsCollaborate with global and regional teams to tailor medical strategies and address market-specific challengesDevelop clinical evidence generation programsLead KOL engagement and global advisory boardsOversee development and delivery of medical content and training materialsReview and approve HCP-facing promotional and educational contentContribute to publication strategies and evidence dissemination plans, including digital platformsProvide subject matter expertise in infection prevention and competitor landscapeSkills and ExperiencePostgraduate degree in life sciences, PhD, MD, or relevant clinical qualification5–10 years of experience in Medical Affairs or a related role in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industryStrong scientific acumen with proven experience in clinical evidence generation and medical communicationsExperience working in or with global and regional teamsExcellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong interpersonal skills with experience engaging with KOLs and healthcare professionalsCultureThis organisation promotes a dynamic, inclusive, and values-driven environment.
