Health and Lifestyle Ambassador

Our health and lifestyle club is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Health and Lifestyle Ambassador. This diverse role requires someone who can adapt quickly and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience in a similar role, be flexible and able to think on their feet. They must also be positive, energetic and a team player, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Key skills for this role include being highly organized, methodical and able to prioritize tasks on the run. The ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate a passion for high-quality customer service are also essential.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, the successful candidate will also be responsible for managing member relationships, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all members.
