Lead Lifestyle Ambassador

Our community is seeking a talented and charismatic individual to fill the role of Lead Lifestyle Ambassador. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a tailored lifestyle program that meets the unique needs and preferences of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate positive relationships with residents and their families;
  • Develop and implement personalized lifestyle care plans;
  • Curate a monthly calendar of activities and special events;
  • Foster strong collaborations with care staff, volunteers, and the pastoral care team to ensure comprehensive resident support.

Requirements:

  • Possess a cheerful and supportive disposition;
  • Hold a Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent tertiary qualifications;
  • Demonstrate relevant experience in team leadership;
  • Exhibit proficient computer literacy, including the ability to create promotional materials.
