Dairy Ingredient Product Development Specialist

Dairy ingredient development plays a crucial role in meeting customer demands for innovative and high-quality products.
As Product Development Specialist, you will lead cross-functional projects to create dairy powders, dairy protein concentrates, frozen dairy products, and other dairy ingredients catering to international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage technical pipelines from concept to commercialization, ensuring compliance with export regulations.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, sales, and export teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Maintain awareness of global dairy market trends and customer specifications.
- Optimize processes to improve yield, consistency, and product performance based on customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Food Science, Food Technology, or Dairy Science degree (or related discipline).
- 3–5+ years of experience in dairy or food ingredient product development within a manufacturing/export environment.
- Knowledge of dairy processing, formulation, and quality systems.
- Understanding of export compliance and international customer requirements.
- Ability to communicate technical capabilities into commercial solutions for overseas markets.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
