**About the Role**
- Full-time **Production Operator** position
- Work with automated lines and equipment in our dairy production facility
- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process
- Employed under the Richmond Dairies Enterprise Agreement 2025 offering a competitive hourly rate.

At Richmond Dairies, being a Production Operator gives you the chance to learn across different areas, from product bagging and palletising to gaining experience with production processes, spray dryer, evaporator operation and others.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Attention to detail and reliability on the production line
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Strong commitment to quality and workplace safety
- Availability to commence work at 4am.

**What would be a plus but not essential**:

- Experience in food, dairy production or manufacturing
- Forklift operation
- Evaporator or spray dryer experience.
