Job Description

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Strategy, People & Communication, this pivotal role will lead a multi-disciplinary team across HR, WHS, payroll, and organisational development. You'll drive strategic workforce transformation, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with the Mission, Vision, and strategic priorities of the Diocese.

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing People & Culture team.
  • Drive strategic HR initiatives including performance, learning, and talent development.
  • Oversee WHS systems and foster a proactive safety culture.
  • Provide expert advice to the Board, Director of Catholic Schools, and Executive Leadership.
  • Champion organisational change and workforce capability development.
