Customer Service and Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Customer Service and Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating moments that matter for our customers, and contributing to positive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols
  • Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers through the use of strong customer service skills
  • Contribute to positive sales performance by maintaining exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
  • Process stock, receive, dispatch, and store merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
