Senior Executive Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Chancellor of a leading university and contribute to the institution's strategic objectives.

About the Job

The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive communications, including drafting high-quality correspondence, reports, and briefings. They will also coordinate complex scheduling, diary management, meetings, and travel arrangements for domestic and international engagements.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with senior staff and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive communications, including drafting high-quality correspondence, reports, and briefings.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling, diary management, meetings, and travel arrangements for domestic and international engagements.
  • Support the delivery of speeches, media releases, and social media presence.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior staff and external stakeholders.

The Senior Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chancellor and contributing to the University's strategic objectives.
