Job Description
An exciting opportunity as our Retail Operations Manager – Vic East to drive the success of your region, developing region-based business plans and store-based business plans to drive growth and profitability.
A Peek Into Your Petstock Day
Develop business plan for your region in line with overall Retail Operations business plan and 5-year strategy, including development of individual store-based business plans
Work with Business Managers & Regional Managers to ensure store compliance levels meet company standards
Collaborate with Support Office departments to achieve the best outcomes for stores
Work with GMRO to ensure customer focus within the business, introduce new ideas, and provide efficiency to our retail stores
Coach and mentor Team Members, providing development and succession opportunities
Assist in compiling and reviewing the regional budget including quarterly reviews and reporting to the Finance Team
Establish annual CAPEX budgets, scoping and prioritising CAPEX works for the quarter
Experience & Requirements
Minimum 5+ years in a Retail Management role
Strong working knowledge of a retail operational environment
Sound financial and budgeting skills and experience
Exceptional leadership skills and development of team
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability in business planning and strategic thinking
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities
