Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner. This is a global role that requires strong partnership and support skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and enhance performance across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with leaders in the Go To Market organization in APJ, providing strategic guidance and support in a fast-paced environment. They will also be required to develop and implement HR strategies that align with critical business priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive cultural change.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to lead and/or serve on special HR projects and business unit committees, and provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures within the GTM function.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Progressive experience in HR and as a Senior HR Business Partner
  • Experience supporting a GTM org
  • Experience working in Japan and supporting the entire APJ region
  • Strong knowledge of supporting employees and leaders in multiple countries
  • Experience across HR facets including organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation
  • Excellent consulting and conflict management skills with the ability to coach and influence leaders at various levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Points
  • Degree in HR or Business related field
  • Bi-lingual; fluent in Japanese and English
  • CIPD
  • Tech industry experience highly preferred
  • Prior work experience with a multinational company
