We are seeking an experienced and skilled Diagnostic Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic testing and providing high-quality results.
- Perform routine procedures from specimen reception to result execution, including specimen dissection.
- Assist with stock control and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with protocols.
- Operate equipment in accordance with established procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Science or Applied Science (Medical Laboratory Science) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in the field.
- Sound knowledge of quality control, assurance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to identify and implement quality improvement activities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
