Your Role



As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be part of our esteemed Global Supply Technology team, working alongside Product Leaders, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering Teams, and Architects to develop strategies that drive growth and success. Your expertise will shine as you:




  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key priorities, mitigate risks, and document dependencies.
  • Manage Project Progress: Track milestones, identify potential roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Contribute to Roadmap Development: Help shape product plans across multiple products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Scope and Prioritize Initiatives: Plan and drive scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for complex projects.
  • Elicit and Document Requirements: Conduct workshops with stakeholders to discuss, define, and document project requirements.
  • Review and Refine Business Requirements: Ensure requirements are adequately defined, aligned with projects, and optimized for success.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Establish Requirements Baselines: Set clear expectations and ensure changes to requirements are investigated and managed.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate existing processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and innovation, providing recommendations and roadmaps for senior stakeholders.
  • Recommend Process Enhancements: Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery and increase efficiency.
  • Policies and Standards: Contribute to the definition of organisational policies, standards, and guidelines for business process improvement.


Your Ideal Background



To succeed in this role, you'll need:




  • 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the travel or internet-scale environments.
  • Proven Experience with travel booking systems, such as Travelbox, and Atlassian tool suite (JIRA and Confluence).
  • Project Planning and Monitoring: Previous experience with project planning and monitoring, including requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Travel Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of the travel industry, its challenges, and opportunities for growth and innovation.
