Senior Rehabilitation Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to perform assessments and interventions across various environments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation consulting, with experience in managing teams and providing high-quality services to clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized intervention plans.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- At least 2 years' experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant, ideally within Melbourne.
- Registration or ability to become registered with relevant professional bodies.
- A vehicle and driver's licence.
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement).
