Green Space Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our gardening team. As a Green Space Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of gardens and green spaces. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about horticulture and has excellent leadership skills.
About the Role- Lead a team of gardeners to ensure efficient task completion and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement garden maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with staff to provide guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
- Maintain regular inspections of garden areas to assess condition, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
- Garden maintenance activities such as planting, hedging, weeding, pruning, and fertilising.
- Interaction with clients to understand preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
- White Card.
- Valid Drivers' license.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
