Green Space Enhancement Manager

- Manage and direct a specialist team to enhance green spaces across multiple commercial, council, and government-controlled open areas.
- Schedule and prioritize tasks, direct team activities, provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess condition, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
- Interact with clients to understand preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on ongoing projects.
- Actively participate in team tasks alongside your team members.
- Maintain all equipment in good working order and arrange for repairs as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong leadership experience is essential
- Horticulture or parks and gardens expertise is desirable
- Possess a valid drivers' license
- Ability to work safely and effectively in an outdoor environment
