Job Summary

The Director of Staff and Student Enhancement Secondary will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our secondary division, including recruitment, training, and support for our education professionals. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible candidates for their schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Sourcing: Oversee the recruitment process for the secondary division, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure they meet our high standards of excellence.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their staffing needs and provide them with the best possible candidates.
  • Professional Development: Provide ongoing support and guidance to our education professionals, including conducting performance evaluations, addressing any issues or concerns, and offering professional development opportunities.
  • Training and Development: Create and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our education professionals, with a focus on improving student outcomes.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve our services and offerings.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other directors and team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery across all divisions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze data and metrics to track the success of our recruitment and training efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the secondary division to drive growth and success.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, with a focus on secondary education.
  • Recruitment and Training Experience: Previous experience in recruitment and/or training and development preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, education professionals, and team members.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and recruitment events.
