We are seeking individuals to represent our organization at events and engage with attendees. As an ambassador, you will promote our mission and vision, encourage audience growth, and recap event experiences.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Attend events, actively engaging with attendees and promoting the organization's mission and vision.
  • Encourage audience growth by connecting with students, fostering relationships, and promoting the organization's goals.
  • Recap event experiences by sharing highlights and insights to support content creation and storytelling.
  • Champion organization initiatives by being a role model and buddy to volunteers, strengthening team culture and engagement.
  • Under the direction of the Team Leader, collaborate with the Marketing and Activity teams to align ambassador efforts with broader promotional strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse groups of people.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a hybrid environment.
  • Experience with remote work tools and working with virtual teams.
  • Comfortable using social media to promote events and connect with students.
  • Experience with social media engagement or content creation.
  • Ability to identify and share key event highlights for content creators.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Experience in student engagement, ambassador roles, or similar positions is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build connections and encourage student involvement.
