Clinical Services Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the provision of services within a medical centre's treatment room.
- Conduct a range of clinical duties with direction from healthcare professionals, including pathology collection, vaccinations, monitoring of ECG, wound dressings, change of linen, clean and sterilise equipment.
- Build relationships to create patient ease prior to procedures or treatments.
- Triage patients and assist healthcare professionals in procedures.
- Assist in rostering, recruitment and managing treatment room staff performance.
- Liaise with employees to ensure standard operating procedures are known and followed.
About You:
- You will be a registered nurse with prior experience in general practice or an acute setting; previous experience leading a successful team will be highly regarded.
- You will be passionate about healthcare and improving the lives of those in our community.
- You will play a key role in our medical centre team and evolving business, with the initiative to make decisions and work independently when required.
- You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with patients and colleagues both in person and via clinical communication systems.
- Have unrestricted Australian work rights and supply evidence of your vaccination history and immunity.
