Job Title: Payroll Officer

This role involves processing end-to-end payroll for employees in compliance with legislative requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and experience with Kronos or similar time and attendance systems.

Australia-wide, mid to large-sized organisations are currently looking for individuals with solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation, tax, and superannuation obligations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data within SuccessFactors.
  • Process payroll reconciliations and assist with reporting for internal and external audits.
  • Liaise with internal HR and Finance teams to support smooth payroll operations.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years proven experience processing Australian payroll.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
  • Kronos experience is highly desirable.
