As a Strategic Supply Chain Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and executing supply chain strategies that underpin our Australian non-licensed business.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Demand Planning: Partner with cross-functional teams to manage activities and assumptions that underpin volume forecasts for the business, ensuring commercial success.
  • Integrated Business Planning: Facilitate demand process across sales function, providing insights into performance that support commercial team's success.
  • Sales & Operations Execution: Track and manage demand plan changes, working with stakeholders across supply, NPD, and finance to ensure monthly plans are delivered.
  • Process Ownership & Development: Work with stakeholders to improve and drive demand planning process to best-in-class practice.
Requirements

You Will Bring:

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to build effective relationships to achieve business objectives.
  • Advanced Analytical Abilities: Experience interpreting complex data and manipulating statistical models to improve overall forecast performance.
  • Proficiency with SAP: Adept in SAP.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to discuss change within demand environment.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Ability to convey data and insights across stakeholders.
  • Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to bring attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
