This role presents a unique opportunity for dedicated individuals to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional care to residents. Your expertise will be invaluable in assessing patient health, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities may include:
- Conducting thorough patient assessments and monitoring health
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Providing patient and family education on health management
- Responding effectively in emergency situations
**Requirements:**
- Certificate IV / Certificate III in Aged Care or related field
- NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- 2024 Influenza Vaccine
- Minimum 6 months of Aged Care experience
- Full working rights in Australia
We offer an attractive hourly rate of $39/hour, plus penalties and superannuation. Enjoy flexible work arrangements and receive incredible support from our management team. Scrubs are provided.
