Als Junior Consultant bei unserem Unternehmen bist du Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das sich auf die Implementierung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM spezialisiert hat.

Wir unterstützen Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen bei der Entwicklung von nutzenorientierten Geschäftsprozessen und setzen diese in eine moderne IT-Lösung um.

Aufgaben:

  • Übernahme erste Verantwortung in nationalen und internationalen Projekten auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Workshops, um Kundenprozesse- & anforderungen aufzunehmen und zu dokumentieren
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team definierst du nutzenorientierte Geschäftsprozesse aus dem Bereich Sales, Marketing, Field Service oder Customer Service
  • Schulung von Anwendern sowie die Unterstützung auch nach der Einführung von MS Dynamics bildet einen weiteren Bestandteil deines Aufgabenbereichs
