Corporate M&A Lawyer Job Opportunity

Overview of the Role
As a Corporate M&A Lawyer, you will be working closely with two partners in the consumer, food & retail sector. You will lead the underwriting offering and contribute to an international law firm based in Melbourne CBD.

Responsibilities and Expectations
You will work closely with two partners, including the Head of the Corporate Group, on complex, cross-border and domestic private treaty M&A and equity raisings for clients in financial institutions, food & agribusiness, transport and technology & innovation sectors. Your key responsibilities will include acting for W&I insurers within a leading underwriting practice offering and serving clients across various industry sectors with a focus on consumer goods, food & retail and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications and Requirements
Key qualifications for this role include 5 years of top-tier experience as a Corporate M&A lawyer. This is a senior-level position requiring a high level of expertise and professionalism.
