Responsibilities
  • Deliver impeccable waiter service, crafting high-quality beverage experiences including barista-level coffee service
  • Work closely with our Client Services team to tailor event experiences to the highest standard
  • Ensure boardrooms are setup and packed down according to specific requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service, making every interaction with clients and colleagues a positive one
Requirements
  • At least three years experience in hospitality, ideally with backgrounds in fine dining, banqueting, or corporate hospitality
  • Barista experience
  • A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively
  • An ability to remain calm under pressure and easily adapt to last minute changes
  • Clear and concise communication abilities
  • RSA Certification (or the willingness to obtain)
