Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Project Coordinator to lead our team and oversee project delivery across multiple job sites in Canberra. The successful candidate will have proven experience in operations or project management, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations across multiple job sites, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 14 employees and manage 20–30 subcontractors.
  • Oversee project delivery including scheduling, resource allocation, procurement, and budget tracking.
  • Spearhead the rollout of a new CRM system to centralise HR, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Ensure WHS compliance and promote a culture of safety and quality.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

About You

  • Proven experience in operations or project management (construction, concreting, or civil preferred).
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of WHS and regulatory compliance.
  • Systems mindset, with experience implementing digital tools or CRM highly regarded.
