Job Opportunity in Urology and Critical Care Territory Management

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the medical device industry. If you have expertise in Urology, ICU, or critical care environments, this is an ideal opportunity to leverage your skills.

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including Intensive care staff, urology surgeons, infection control, procurement, and nursing staff.
  • Achieve sales targets for our prescribed range of products by continually monitoring market trends and developing long-term strategies.
  • Establish and implement a territory plan, setting goals and specific actions to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Maintain accurate and current CRM databases of all accounts, including activities, opportunities, risks, and customer contact details.
  • Ensure that we meet or exceed customer expectations through collaborative approaches.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Urology, ICU, or critical care environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret sales data and clinical information.
