  • Collaborate with care staff, family members, doctors, and management teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and maintain accurate records, utilizing your expertise to inform care decisions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
About You
  • Hold current registration with AHPRA and possess previous experience working within a residential aged care facility in a similar role.
  • Excel in communication and reporting skills, with the ability to effectively liaison with various stakeholders.
  • Be passionate about providing holistic, professional care and willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Check (NDISWSC).
  • Possess a driving license and own car (preferred).
