- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating how our operations and programs effectively manage their risk and add commercial value to their business strategy.
- Tender Preparation and Presentations: Assist in tender preparations and presentations to customers, including the development of Management Plans.
- Safety Performance Metrics: Analyze safety performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement, providing regular reporting to the business.
- Subcontractor Management: Assist with the selection, onboarding, and management of subcontracting companies and suppliers.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading and improving safe operations, with the ability to influence senior leaders to implement HSEQ standards and procedures.
- HSEQ Program Implementation: Demonstrated experience implementing and monitoring HSEQ programs in a multi-service environment.
- Education and Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in a relevant field and/or Certificate IV Work Health and Safety, with demonstrable experience within a trades environment.
- Inter-Relationship Management: Experience in managing inter-relationships across the company and stakeholders, including sub-contractors, clients, and industry associations.
- Investigation and Analysis Skills: Qualifications in ICAM investigations and root cause analysis competencies, with rapid global subcontractor management software experience preferred.
