Job Overview

The Governance, Risk and Compliance team plays a pivotal role in providing assurance to clients that they have an effective risk management framework in place.

This team brings together expertise across governance, risk, controls advisory, internal audit, contract management, vendor performance and more.

They support the implementation of strategic outcomes for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the development of client deliverables while overseeing day-to-day delivery of client engagements in risk management and internal audit.
  • Developing Risk Based Assurance and Monitoring Frameworks.
  • Providing leadership to build capacity of delivery teams and integrate capabilities from across the firm.
  • Collaborating with skilled consultants in the Governance, Risk and Compliance team.
  • Growing and developing alongside a team of experienced management consultants.
  • Immersing yourself in an inclusive, diverse and supportive culture.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in internal audit, risk management and/or assurance.
  • A desire to collaborate in teams on short- and long-term projects.
  • Experience working across a portfolio of clients with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Recent experience in an audit or risk associated role with a strong understanding of governance, risk and controls.
  • A tertiary qualification or post-grad qualifications such as CIA/CPA/CA will be viewed favourably.
